BMW E36/E46 Front Splitter (Non CSL). This is a Carbon/Kevlar front splitter for use on BMW M3 front bumpers E46 & E36. Can be used with either the standard M3 bumpers or with the Geoff Steel “deeper” E36 single skin front bumper. This item is lightweight in construction, is strong and durable. It is available in carbon weave, black or white gel coat.

Fitting; As all Geoff Steel Carbon products are bespoke hand laid pieces, you are advised that minor adjustments may be required at the time of installation. Manufactured using “F1” quality aluminium honeycomb to ensure durability, strength and light weight. Can be used with either the standard M3 bumpers or with the Geoff Steel “deeper” E36 single skin front bumper. Aluminium is not supplied, this is the splitter only. Please note the splitter is supplied as a flat item. To fit we usually add aluminium angle to act as brackets which can then have flat aluminium bars dropped from the vehicle chassis legs. Due to the down force it produces it has to be very securely mounted. Where holes are required, as standard we leave this blank, so on installation they can be drilled once in position. Due to the nature of the material used in all carbon fibre and fibreglass products, it is of upmost importance to not only store items correctly (i.e. weight/pressure spread evenly) but on receipt of the items fit them as soon as possible. Incorrect storage can lead to items becoming misshaped thus creating a problem when fitting.
